Herby-Garlic Vinaigrette
If you're looking for a quick vinaigrette dressing that goes well on damn near every salad, then this is your new bae. The great part about a dressing like this is you can typically make some variation of it with the ingredients you already have in your pantry.

Ingredients
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Start by combining all of the ingredients into a mason jar or a container that has a sealable lid.
Shake your mixture for at least 90 seconds to properly get your olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dijon emulsified.
Drizzle on your favorite salads, proteins, and bowls! Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, just shake before using each time.
